RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not be accepted.

RETURNS

To request a return, please contact support@urbanpacestudios.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request has been approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

To request a different size or item, please contact support@urbanpacestudios.com with your order number and requested exchange.

If the requested item is unavailable, the original item may be returned for a refund to the original payment method.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Urban Pace Studios is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact support@urbanpacestudios.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.

Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

SOCKS

For hygiene reasons, socks may only be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and remain in their original unopened packaging.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees paid on an international order are non-refundable by Urban Pace Studios.

Additional customs charges associated with a return may remain the responsibility of the customer.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
