We currently ship to all states within Mexico and selected international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us to confirm availability.

Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking information

For international orders, Urban Pace Studios is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Urban Pace Studios is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or delayed shipments

Damaged packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify the delivery carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately. Include photographs of the packaging and product to assist with a claim.
