We currently ship to all states within Mexico and selected international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us to confirm availability.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website when active.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Mexico (standard): 3–5 business days

International: 5–10 business days (may vary by destination)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the order has left our facility.

For international orders, Urban Pace Studios is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
